Refund policy

Please expect longer shipper times than usual at this time. Est. transit times are not guaranteed. If an order has already shipped, it can not be canceled due to delivery delays from the carrier. You must wait to receive your order and then contact Good Wave Company to request to return it at which time you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.

This is the boring stuff. But please read it! It includes anything you will want to know about our shipping and return policies.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, Good Wave Company Inc. cannot accommodate any returns or exchanges due to our manufacturer's policies

PRODUCT DEFECTS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. GGood Wave Company Inc will be happy to refund and return products that are damaged upon delivery assuming ALL of the following conditions are met:

Within 14 days of product delivery, you contact Good Wave Company Inc. by phone or email to report the damaged product and provide your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Within 21 days of product delivery, you ship back the defective product. Good Wave Company Inc. does not accept any defective product returns after 21 days of delivery.

Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and manuals/accessories included in the return package. Items not returned in new and unused condition may be ineligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, please allow up to two weeks to see the credit on your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
