All orders ship from our warehouse in Zevenaar in The Netherlands.
Please be prepared to pay the customs duty that your country charges if outside of the EU at the point of delivery.
These fees are the strict responsibility of the buyer. We are not and cannot be responsible for what your country charges. If you do not wish to pay this duty, please reach out to us immediately to cancel your order before shipping.
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE
Please expect longer shipper times than usual at this time. Est. transit times are not guaranteed. If an order has already shipped, it can not be canceled due to delivery delays from the carrier. You must wait to receive your order and then contact Good Wave Company to request to return it at which time you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.
RETURNS
Good Wave Company, LLC ("Good Wave") is proud to offer a 14-day return policy if you have changed your mind about your purchase as long as the products are unused and their original packaging. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Please contact at support@goodwave.co before returning.
Good Wave reserves the right to hold any transaction fees (2.9% + $.30) and/or restocking fee ($35).
PRODUCT DEFECTS
Good Wave will be happy to refund and return products that are damaged upon delivery assuming ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Within 14 days of product delivery, you contact Good Wave by email or our contact form to report the damaged product and provide your original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Within 21 days of product delivery, you ship back the defective product. Good Wave does not accept any defective product returns after 21 days of delivery.
- Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and manuals/accessories included in the return package. Items not returned in new and unused condition may be ineligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and refunded return shipping costs.
Please allow up to two weeks to see the credit on your original method of payment.
Good Wave does not refund expedited shipping costs.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING
Due to Coronavirus please expect longer shipper times than usual at this time. We are doing everything we can and more to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
All orders are processed and sent to the warehouse to ship out within 2 business days. In some cases, we may need to reach out to a carrier to get a custom shipping quote for you, such as for longboard surfboards.
In other rare cases it may take up to additional 5-7 business days to receive your board in our warehouse due to Coronavirus impacts on carriers. Once available, you will receive a tracking notification email.
Shipping is usually 5 business days from the warehouse but depends on the carrier and product. Please reach out if you need expedited shipping, in some cases we can even help you pay for it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Shipping:
- Good Wave is not responsible for any duties or fees for international shipping. In rare cases, you may be asked to pay a customs broker fee when your package arrives. The customs broker fee is not included in our shipping fees and you are responsible for paying this fee upon delivery. Please reach out to us if you have any issues.
